Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately used/opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.

We do not refund for change of mind, lack of expertise for use of product or differences in personal opinion. We do not exchange colours for change of mind. We may accept returns for other reasons at our discretion.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will automatically be applied to your customer account.

Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
