Q)HOW WILL ORDERS BE SHIPPED?

We ship through Australian Post and Sendle. 

Q)DOES BURMESE DREAM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to most countries.

Q)WILL YOU SHIP TO MY P.O. BOX?

Yes.

Q)WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING FROM?

Perth, Western Australia.

Q)HEY! YOU'RE IN MY CITY! CAN I PICK IT UP?

At this time, we do not have a storefront location or pickup options available in Perth. 

Q)HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

DOMESTIC RATES: We charge a flat rate fee of $7.50 for all shipments in the Australia. It usually takes about 5-8 days (once shipped) to get into your pretty little hands.

All Australia Shipments over $40 will ship for free, no code necessary.

INTERNATIONAL RATES: All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout. These packages are not insured. 

PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Also, we are not responsible for paying for that. We're sorry!

Q)PROCESSING TIMES:

We strive to get packages to you as quickly as possibly! All orders will be processed (meaning you get your tracking #) and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you make any purchases after 4PM on Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday. Please allow us extra time to process during a large sale.

Q)HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. 

Burmese Dream is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. Please make sure you double check where we're sending your order. Once you get your tracking number sent to you, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated/changed. 

RETURNS:

Return items will only be accepted if they are in original packaging, sealed and unused.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide us with your order # so we can find you quicker. Return shipping cost will be bear by you.

REFUNDS:

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Q)THE COLOR LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN IT DID ONLINE. CAN I RETURN IT?

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or refunds for this reason.We try to put up as many pictures on Instagram showing swatches in different lighting and on different skin tones. The coloring on your phone or computer may affect the way they appear.

Q)DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

No! Our products are not tested on animals, nor are the ingredients used in our products tested on animals. Our products will never contain any animal derivatives.  

Q)ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD IN CHINA?

No, we do not sell in China due to their animal testing laws.

Q)WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

All orders are final sale. If your order was cancelled, there was a discrepancy with the billing or shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to contact your financial institution to confirm or update your payment details before placing a new order.
